sim internet I'm using
show then any solution !?
Did you have tried by using the others sendgrid ports?
We have not tried with other ports ..will try tomorrow then...
Okay, perfect
there's nothing we can do if your provider is blocking ports
I checked, nothing like that
You mean provider not blocking prots?
yes
Then not sure what it could be. I use sendgrid and it seems to be working fine
Both in an VPS and localhost
You could try using the alternative port
you try in docker !?
In self-hosting you need to use docker
Both localhost and VPS
And in my case it works fine
That's why I suggest using a different port
Also make sure you have set all email env variables
And SMTP variables. There are some duplicated because ones are being used by the main container and others by the email worker container
@Tengo Any updates on this?
Not yet... Might be I think there is an issue with sendgrid itself
I'm using it and works fine. Maybe it's being blocked as Steven suggested. You could try using a different provider
Ok I'll try and let you know...btw thanks @D5
Okay, perfect
I had a problem where sendgrid deactivated my account even though I could still log in. When I tried to send emails, everything said it worked, but no email was sent. I ended up switching providers
