It is a completely new installation and it only gives me that error. Any documentation about it? Thank you

I think you need to provide an OPEN_AI key in the .env
I think so too, but I didn't see any documentation in appwrite that confirmed this to me. Then I generate the key and put it in the .env file Thank you.
