cannot seem to be able to upload anything to appwrite storage. Stuck at 0% for quite a while now

User is experiencing issues uploading files to Appwrite storage. They are stuck at 0% progress for a while. Possible solutions suggested by others include checking the browser console and network logs, and trying again in case cloud backup was in progress.
