but twilio takes almost 6 ruppes per otp , that is too much , but like msg91 gives 4 otp in 1 rupees but that tells us for dlt permission

@Shubham we don't have a comparison list on which vendor is better or worse, because that would depend a lot on your use-case and preferences.
I would recommend spending some time researching the options and making your choice accordingly.
