I am currently encountering an issue with my self-hosted Appwrite instance where I am unable to access the domain unexpectedly. While I can successfully log in, I encounter an error message when attempting to access one of the organizations, which redirects me back to the console. Additionally, when I connect my client side and try to log in, I receive a network error. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this problem. Could you please provide guidance on how to solve this?

That's the screenshot of how it looks on my console

I'm using appwrite cli to create DB and I'm getting index_already_exists Is there a way to undestand the index name and maybe to skip if it's already exits?
