I'm unable to create account on Appwrite console

To use Appwrite, you will need to run Appwrite locally, or lend a server to run it there. Appwrite Cloud is a service that would let you easily register account and start using Appwrite. You can register your interest here: https://appwrite.io/cloud Appwrite Cloud is currently in closed beta, so you will have to wait for invitation before accessing it.
