The settings and permissions in console are the same for both buckets. Same code will upload to default bucket without exception. (Version 1.1)

TL;DR
The user was encountering an issue with unauthorized uploading to a non-default storage bucket. The solution was to upgrade to version 1.1.2. There was a bug in the console that prevented the create permission from being displayed properly. After upgrading, the issue was resolved. Screenshots of the bucket permissions were requested but not provided.

Would you please share a screenshot of the bucket permissions?

There should be a create permission but there's a bug on the console for your version where it doesn't show the create permission
