Empty arrays are defaulted to a length of 1 (empty string) after updating document.

Yes, but it's gone. No idea where it went or if this is the best place to put this. Just thought I would say the issue has nothing to do from the client side

So you said you updated the document and then it ended up with a length of 1, right? Did you update the document via the Appwrite Console?
