Dear Appwrite Team,
Following the expiration of my Education Plan, I would like to request a complete export of all data and resources associated with my organization, “Stume.”
As a student, I am not willing to move to a paid subscription to continue my university work. However, I would like to retain access to my existing development work and migrate it to another provider or my own infrastructure.
Please include all available resources, including:
• All projects and databases, including schemas and records
• Storage buckets and their files
• Functions, including source code and deployment configurations
• User accounts, permissions, and associated settings
• Any other project resources and configurations needed for migration
The organization currently appears empty in my console, so I cannot export these resources myself. Please confirm whether they are still stored but inaccessible, or whether any data has been deleted. If anything has been deleted, please let me know whether recovery from backups is possible.
Please treat this as a switching and data portability request under Chapter VI of the EU Data Act, to the extent applicable. Please preserve all remaining data and resources in the organization while this request is being resolved. If you consider any requested resources excluded from export, please explain the legal or contractual basis.
Please let me know how I can obtain the export, whether any export fees would apply, and whether you need further information to identify the organization or verify my ownership.
