I urgently need help recovering Console access to the original Appwrite Cloud organization/project used for our company website. Access became unavailable after a Google account email change.
An urgent recovery request containing the original project ID was sent to billing@appwrite.io on October 15, 2026 at 11:58 UTC (20:58 JST). The subject begins with “URGENT: preserve original Pro project and recover Console access”. Please use these details to locate our existing request.
This is blocking our website launch and business preparations. We cannot wait several days. Please escalate this to the appropriate staff today, October 16 (Japan Standard Time). We urgently need access restored today or by tomorrow, October 17 (JST).
Please direct me to a verified private support channel where I can securely confirm the sender address and provide the project ID, account-change history, and payment evidence for ownership verification.
Please also confirm receipt of our existing email, whether the original project data are being preserved, and the next steps and expected timeline.
