Hi Appwrite team,
I'm having an issue accessing the Appwrite Education plan through the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My GitHub account already has an active and verified GitHub Student Developer Pack, but when I try to connect GitHub through Appwrite, I get the following message:
"It looks like you're not currently eligible for the GitHub Student Developer Pack."
I've already tried connecting my GitHub account again, but Appwrite still doesn't recognize my student eligibility.
Could you please check if there is an issue with the GitHub Student Developer Pack verification on Appwrite's side?
I can provide screenshots or any additional information if needed.
Thanks!
Summary
A user is having issues with Appwrite not recognizing their GitHub Student Developer Pack, which prevents access to educational resources. The solution involves verifying that the GitHub account used is linked correctly to the Appwrite account and ensuring that the user has applied for and is approved for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. If problems persist, contacting Appwrite support for assistance is recommended.
