I wanted to ask if i can downgrade my pro plan as my project hasn't been completed or live yet. I have current changes to projects and services are restricted due to billing issue which I already reported. I have been waiting for response for few hours now. I hardly get chance to work on project and I have chance today but can't do anything untill billing team resolve my issue.
