All Logins Failing (user_blocked)

I am unsure how to resolve this, but currently, all user logins I have for my app are just returning user_blocked.

I searched the internet and they are saying that the project itself may have been blocked hence the response for the login.

Also from searching, it mentioned that AppWrite Cloud Support are the only ones who would be able to help.

Need some help / guidance here.
