Flutter Developer
Hello Appwrite Team,
I’m reaching out regarding an issue with our Appwrite Cloud project.
We are a very early-stage startup and are currently using Appwrite Cloud during development. Unfortunately, our organization has reached its database read limit, and as a result, we can no longer access our database through the Console or retrieve the data we need.
The Console currently shows the following message:
“Database reads limit for your organization has exceeded. Please upgrade to a higher plan or update your budget cap.”
At this stage, we don’t have a budget available for upgrading to a paid plan. Our immediate goal is simply to migrate our existing data to a self-hosted appwrite solution, and we already have a migration script ready to perform the transfer.
However, since the database is currently inaccessible due to the read limit, we cannot complete the migration or use the Console’s export functionality to retrieve our data.
Could you please consider temporarily restoring our read access or providing a short-term increase to the database read limit? We only need a small window of few hours to run the migration script and safely transfer our data.
We are not looking for a permanent increase or any ongoing exception. A one-time temporary reset would be more than enough for us to complete the migration.
We really appreciate Appwrite and have enjoyed working with the platform. Any assistance you can provide in giving us this brief window of access would mean a lot to our team and would help us avoid losing access to our project data.
