[SOLVED] Not able to create a 2nd project despite the free tier limit being 2

I'm running into an issue where I'm not able to create a 2nd project in our organization despite the free tier limit being 2. I suspect it may have to do with an inactive project that is not showing in our organization's dashboard. Let me know what information you require to look into this. Thank you.

No problem, let me know if you guys need anything else. Essentially when I go into the organization overview page I do see the "Create a new project" button but clicking it does nothing, and it's grayed out so it appears disabled.

And I only see one Project in the overview

If you go to the browser console and then to the network tab, reload the website, is the old project being shown at the network request?

There should be a network request there that lists the projects

I need that so I can forward it to the console team or the backend one depending on where the bug is at

Sorry it took me a while to find it. No, the network request only lists a total of 1 and only shows the current active project
