The app Site fails after the build completes with a missing build archive error. Site id: app Framework: TanStack Start SSR Output directory: apps/app/.output Deployment method affected: Git deployment error: "[sidecar:build] Build archive was not created at /mnt/code/code.tar.gz"

The marketing Site fails with a generic internal build error. Site id: marketing Framework: Astro static site Output directory: apps/marketing/dist Deployment method affected: Git deployment error: reference image

Manual CLI deployments for both sites succeed.
