Function deployments broken for 5+ hours

Function builds in project 6a46b5... (NYC) have failed 100% since ~2026-07-08 21:53 UTC (4+ hours) with [sidecar:build] Build archive was not created at /mnt/code/code.tar.gz. The open-runtimes build completes ("Build finished"); the sidecar then can't find the archive. Reproduces with a minimal hello-world on a freshly created node-22 function, and with unchanged previously-deployed code, so it's not project code. Also reproduced via manual Console upload. Example failed deployments: 6a4ec9...(extendTime), 6a4eca0d1d7... (getMyProfile).

TL;DR
Function deployments have been failing for over 5 hours due to the build process not creating an archive file. The issue persists even with minimal code and with previously-deployed code. The problem has been reproduced with manual Console upload as well.
