Could someone please investigate this issue? I recently upgraded my account to the pro version and charged for it, but the account still shows as free. #🚑│support #🗂│support

TL;DR
User encountered issues while upgrading from free to Pro plan, including page refreshing during update, payment success but plan remained unchanged, charged twice, and rejected function deployment requests. Support manually upgraded the organization to Pro, refunded the duplicate charge, and confirmed Pro features are working fine now.

You can get the org id from the url, it'll be the part after organization-

Hey can you describe what happened while upgrading so that we are able to prevent this issue further?

  1. page refresh itself during update after payment success but the team still remained free
  2. you refreshed the page because it was stuck
  3. you got some error message
  4. something else

In the mean time i've upgraded your organization to Pro after validating the payment.

After a few minutes, I gave it a manual refresh, but the plan remained unchanged.

To be honest, I was making function deployment requests, and they were rejected due to a plan upgrade issue. I tried logging out and signing back in, but it didn’t change the plan.

seems like it, you got charged again. is the plan issue solved for you now. for the dual charge, i'll put in a request for refund. it might take few business days to show it up in your account.
