Could someone please investigate this issue? I recently upgraded my account to the pro version and charged for it, but the account still shows as free. #🚑│support #🗂│support
TL;DR
Developers are asking for the email used for the upgrade and requesting assistance in investigating an issue where an account was charged for a Pro upgrade but still shows as free.
