Updating GitHub App access throws error

Steps to reproduce -

  1. Have some private repos allowed on the install access
  2. New Site/Func > Connect GitHub > see the side card saying Missing a repo > click on Go to GitHub
  3. Update to allow access to some new private repo > Save
  4. You are now navigated to Cloud > Error as in the image

The permissions are updated but the error from backend is shown like above. If I go back to the Project > Site | Function > New via GitHub > the updated repo list shows fine.

TL;DR
Issue: Error message is displayed after updating GitHub App access for new private repos, even though permissions are updated successfully. Solution: The permissions are successfully updated despite the error message. Simply navigate back to the project or site/function via GitHub to view the updated repo list.
