I noticed that my card was charged twice for the subscription payment ($25 each), even though I only intended to make a single payment.
Could someone please help me check this issue and guide me on how I can get the duplicate charge refunded?

[CLOSED] Duplicate Billing Issue – Charged Twice for $25 Subscription
Hi, I had already created a support ticket 3 days ago regarding this issue. The support team replied that they escalated it to their billing engineer for investigation and mentioned they would provide a refund if the issue was on their side. However, I haven’t received any further update or response since then. Could you please help follow up on this?
