S3 files like health6a079a79afaa25.44072323 created (by health check?)
I migrated to another external S3 host for my appwrite and in many (but not all) folders a file (something like health6a079a79afaa25.44072323 - file itself is empty) is created every minute that looks like it comes from a health check. Any idea why this might happen? Is it a problem of the S3 host or is it something else?
