whats happening no clue pls help 🥲
Why don't you elaborate it and explain what's happening

Storage on my Appwrite project was inactive for several days, so the project got auto-paused. Today I tried uploading files again and uploads started failing.
I checked the dashboard, saw the “Restore project” option, and restored it successfully. After restoring, the project no longer showed as paused in the dashboard, but storage requests were still returning 404 Project is paused.
A few hours later I checked again and now trying to restore gives Invalid status transition, while storage access still behaves inconsistently.
Seems like the dashboard/project state and storage service state may be out of sync after restore. Not sure if this is a propagation delay or platform-side issue.
Hi, can you please share your project id so that we can check what's going on?
Really appreciate you taking the time to look into this 🙌 Project ID: 696f9e590001bfd0f575
No worries, let me check.
okay, the project is already active. so makes sense you get invalid status transition trying to restore again. however you are still getting 401 on storage requests? can you share a public file url or something that i can look into?

<@1335626499759542292> Seems there was something cached weirdly for our migration API, causing this effect for you. I manually resolved it - can you verify for me that its all OK now, please?
Just checked and everything seems to be working properly again now 🙌
Uploads and storage requests are functioning correctly, and the paused/401 issues seem fully resolved. Really appreciate you both taking the time to investigate it internally and manually fixing the migration cache issue.
this honestly means a lot 😭 thank you again for the quick help and amazing support experience 🙌 <@870607367597850624> <@287294735054274560> <@480327814164381697>
Anytime! 🙌 This is nowhere near common experience, so as those happen, we do everything we can to get you back on track ASAP.
We will also continue investigation why such stale cache persisted - fix if it is a bug, or improve monitoring if it's infrastructure / networking issue.
one of the best developer support experiences I’ve had honestly <:appwritepeepo:1156975874852270110>
Nice, problem solved! 😁
yeshhhh thanku❤️
