Hi Appwrite team,
I’m experiencing a Cloud Console issue with my NYC region project.
Problem:
- Some Console pages return: “401 - Project is not accessible in this region”
- Other pages return: “404 Page not found”
Important:
- The backend itself still works correctly.
- Auth works
- Functions work
- Messaging works
- Push notification targets still register
- Database operations from the app still work
So this seems to be a Console routing/UI issue rather than a broken project.
I already tested:
- Chrome / Edge / Firefox
- Incognito mode
- Clearing cache & cookies
Is this currently a known issue for NYC Cloud projects?
TL;DR
Issue: Developers experiencing 401 and 404 errors in NYC Cloud Console but backend functionalities are not affected.
Solution: This seems to be a Console UI issue specific to the NYC region. No known fixes at the moment.Recommended threads
