Hi Appwrite team,

I’m experiencing a Cloud Console issue with my NYC region project.

Problem:

  • Some Console pages return: “401 - Project is not accessible in this region”
  • Other pages return: “404 Page not found”

Important:

  • The backend itself still works correctly.
  • Auth works
  • Functions work
  • Messaging works
  • Push notification targets still register
  • Database operations from the app still work

So this seems to be a Console routing/UI issue rather than a broken project.

I already tested:

  • Chrome / Edge / Firefox
  • Incognito mode
  • Clearing cache & cookies

Is this currently a known issue for NYC Cloud projects?

TL;DR
Project in NYC Cloud Console was temporarily inaccessible due to incidents yesterday, resolved now.

Hi <@1504049389260243014> 👋 Indeed, we had two incidents yesterdays, both in Console only:

  • 2026-05-13 08:09 UTC to 09:21
  • 2026-05-13 13:18 UTC to 15:56

I believe you were caught by the first incident - making Console inaccessible for non-frankfurt projects.

Both first and second were affecting ability to unpause paused projects.

During time in-between those incidents, Console was stable.

So at the end of the day this issue is solved and should work as expected right?
