403 error when I try to unpause my project.
A 403 error when I try to unpause my project.
you should have received an email saying your project got paused , you need to unpause it before you can access it again.
the unpause link is in the email
e.g. :
Thank you, I will do this in the future.
[SOLVED] A 403 error when I try to unpause my project.
also i saw in the <#564160731327758347> but there was a bug, when reaching the console 403 page, you should had a popup to resume the project from the console, but there was a bug, so the email link was the only working way
But Email Link is not working it redirect to my console only
oh didn't even realised that ... but the bug got fixed so shouldn't be an issue anymore
ya but i am still not able to see any restore project option🥲
i am getting this when i click the link from the mail to restore the project i dont see any restore option what can i do for this
maybe dumb question, but did you try to reload without the browser cache ? (Ctrl + Shift + R instead of just Ctrl + R)
in the meantime i pinged a Core member that "fixed" the bug, so he could help you better than me in case it's still happening
What's the status now?
i tried removing browser cache and even tried on a different browser its still the same
I got the same issue
We have no way to restart our paused projects; the link only redirects us to a 403 page with no action options.
