Am getting "The current user has been blocked" when trying to connect to cloud console

i'm not able to login the appwrite console.

i was doing some testing by calling the endpoint via n8n.
then the account was suspended.

Heyy i am facing the same problem and i wrote the email to the support@appwrite.io but i didn't get any reply or hear back from them, what should i do now?
