Paid Invoice but Plan Still Free

Hi, I paid an old Pro invoice but my plan is still Free.

When I try to upgrade, a new invoice is created and immediately canceled.

Account email: tayebhatem98@gmail.com

Can someone check my billing state?

TL;DR
Developer paid for Pro plan but is still on the Free plan. When trying to upgrade, a new invoice is generated and canceled right away. User's account email is tayebhatem98@gmail.com. Requesting a check on billing status.
