I want open my app now. how to fix this?

I can't find solution to fix this in recent post.

TL;DR
Users experienced a 500 Internal Error specific to the Frankfurt region endpoint in a project. After reporting the issue, it was determined to be a frontend error. Checking network settings and trying different networks resolved the issue. The problem was not due to the free plan limits. Solution: Check network settings and try different networks to resolve the issue.
