Failed to receive appwrite reset password email for forgot password

Hey there, I forgot my password for my appwrite account but when i use forgot password, i dont get an email to reset the account but when i try to create a new account with the same email then i get an error saying there is already a user with those creds. I have tried this on windows and linux and using chrome and edge. I sill dont get the email. please help. I also received the email for project paused but when i click restore project, i still cant login. and this email proves that the account is there so the email for forgot password should be coming through
