Showing 1 member with role:developer in the organization where I'm clearly the owner;

For 30days of inactivity, my account got paused; so, I came back and clicked on the restore project button, which shows me I don't have the write access, where clearly I'm the owner;

looks like you're role is developer not owner. Not sure if that makes any diff tho

I suspect that the Developer role might not have the necessary permissions to restore projects.

I've fixed your permissions making you an owner. you may need to log out and log back in again
