Hello, from the appwrite console last week I re-activated some of my old project and published them, yesterday I checked and none of the apps were working, now when I check today, I saw that all my projects deleted. How can I restore them

Summary

Projects were deleted from the user's dashboard, causing their app to stop working. After investigating, it was discovered that the projects were archived for some reason. The user's projects were eventually restored by the engineering team.

I am sure that I am in correct account and I just reconfigured my app and submitted to the app store so I am pretty confident that projects were existed

I have multiple projects paused, one resumed and reconfigured and currently there is 0

No archived projects, I had one called lullabai, which should be paused, I do not remember exact ids, but the one iwth id "quotegpt" should be active

app was working, project was active submitted to the app store touched nothing for a week and than app just stopeed not working, checked the appwrite dashboard, projects was gone

I even have emails saying projects paused, clicking resume button, empty projects list check this:

clicking even this links show empty projects view

So projects were working before you got this email? When exactly did they stop working?

before I got these emails, projects were not being used so normally they got paused
after I got this email, clicked resume and resumed the "quotegpt" one, reconfigred it for production, reactivted the apps at march 8th
tested all functionality, tested by users
submitted to the app store on march 8th as I said
now after a week, I re opened the app app was not working.
checked the appwrite dashboard see that projects are gone.

shared email and links to prove that projects were exists.

Now, even terminal commands are not working:
