Hi Appwrite Support Team,My project has been completely blocked and all API calls return HTTP 403

Details:

Project ID: 69a69f6f00113ed0e8e4 Region: SFO (sfo.cloud.appwrite.io) Error Response: Affected: ALL endpoints — Functions, Databases, Storage, Health, Sites — everything returns 403. Started: Around March 10–11, 2026 Impact:

Our production website (allononeagency.social) is completely down Users cannot log in, register, or use any features Function deployments fail Site deployments to Appwrite Sites fail Database reads/writes are blocked Context: This is a Facebook Ads management SaaS platform used by our clients. We have paying users who are currently unable to access the service. We did not receive any prior warning or notification about this block.

We are not aware of any Terms of Service violations. Our project uses standard Appwrite features: Authentication, Databases, Functions, Storage, and Sites.
