Hi Appwrite Support Team,My project has been completely blocked and all API calls return HTTP 403

Error Response:
Affected: ALL endpoints — Functions, Databases, Storage, Health, Sites — everything returns 403.
Started: Around March 10–11, 2026
Impact:

Our production website (allononeagency.social) is completely down
Users cannot log in, register, or use any features
Function deployments fail
Site deployments to Appwrite Sites fail
Database reads/writes are blocked
Context:
This is a Facebook Ads management SaaS platform used by our clients. We have paying users who are currently unable to access the service. We did not receive any prior warning or notification about this block.

We are not aware of any Terms of Service violations. Our project uses standard Appwrite features: Authentication, Databases, Functions, Storage, and Sites.

Could you please:

Explain why the project was blocked
Unblock the project as soon as possible

I just tested again and the project is still blocked. All endpoints continue to return 403 Forbidden with general_resource_blocked:
GET https://sfo.cloud.appwrite.io/v1/health → 403
GET https://sfo.cloud.appwrite.io/v1/databases → 403
GET https://sfo.cloud.appwrite.io/v1/functions → 403

One important question: Could you tell me what caused the block in the first place? I'd like to understand the reason so I can avoid triggering it again in the future. Was it related to:

Rate limiting / too many API calls?
A specific endpoint being called too frequently?
Function execution limits?
