I ended up cancelling the paid account same day i was about to be charged and I still got charged. I haven't used any of the paid premium products as of yet and plan to register for the paid account as soon as I am ready for it. Is there anyway your team can assist with this issue? can you please contact me via email vis open discord support? I believe even the free tier should have slightly a better support system than this. Having to upgrade to get support I find is quite ridiculous. I love your tool but yes some assistance with this issue would be amazing!
