TL;DR
Issue: New tables and columns stuck on "processing" with no progress.
Solution:
1. Log out and log back in to resolve any caching issues.
2. Perform a hard reload by pressing F12, right-clicking on the refresh arrow on the taskbar, and selecting "empty cache and reload."anyone??
I had that issue on my self-hosted instance. I believe it was due to my cloudflare tunnel caching some data - try to logout and log back in, that resolved the issue for me. Also you can perform 'hard reload' if you're using chrome based browser. Press f12, right-click on the refresh arrow on taskbar, and select 'empty cache and reload'
