Scheduled works locking the entire MariaDB and Appwrite instance

I have a scheduled function and apparently that or something is locking the entire MariaDB database and Appwrite is giving MariaDB errors. This error persists every 24h approximately. Looks like it comes from the real-time container or some worker.
