Can't cancel account, won't stop billing don't use the app, go no response from support.

Hi I have note used the app now do I want to use the app, I have tried to cancel the account which won't cancel, and am being billed daily which I have not authorised. I have now sent 15 emails to sales and support and have had no response. How do I cancel and delete my account, as we don't use this software and have no need to use, and how do I stop being billed for this software. Seems support and sales just constantly ignore my requests.

TL;DR
Developer has been unable to cancel their account or stop billing for an unused app despite numerous emails to support. They need help deleting the account and stopping the charges. No response from support team yet.
