DOWN GRADING FROM PRO

I previously subscribed to pro on one of my projects for trial but unfortunately ive been billed for this month, my aim was to try pro for one month, is there a way of reversing.

TL;DR
User needs to submit a support ticket to downgrade from Pro account. They can raise a ticket between 19:00-03:00 EAT.

from my timezone i can raise tickets from 19:00 - 03:00 EAT, hopefully it wont be late that's when the help line is online
