[SOLVED] Custom domain not working

So I've been trying to get this custom domain to work for what's probably been 2 months now. I've removed it, added it, let it sit for a day, removed dns records, add dns records. Nothing seems to work, now I'm stuck on a Certificate generation started screen.

This is quite frankly pissing me off because I've been trying for so long to get this to work.

For those with access the domain I'm trying to use is portfolio.flamality.com.

Could you add a CNAME record _acme-challenge.portfolio.flamality.com with value lydxdxi65yk1nm0tv9.fastly-validations.com in your DNS provider? I'm guessing you might have used portfolio.flamality.com someplace else before, so we need you to add this additional record to confirm domain ownership.

After this, you can retry from Console and let me know if it doesn't work ✌️

Ok so I did that, waited 15 minutes clicked retry and its stuck on thr Certifcate generation started. Again, its been 3 hours and nothings changed

There's some issue with our downstream dependency on generating the certificate, I'll let you know once there's progress.
