Certificate not regenerating

My Certainly issued certificate expired and I haven't recieved a new one yet.

I've tried re-adding the domain aswell as its DNS records however it directly jumps from verifying to verified skipping the generating certificate step.

TL;DR
Certificate expired, new one not received. Tried re-adding domain and DNS records, certificate not being generated. Solution: Contact Certificate Authority for assistance.
