Bug: Cloud Function On Schedule Didn't Run

Heya

I have a cloud function with this cron 0 17 * * * to run at 9AM PT every day.

I have not touched this since I set it up, and it has been working fine since I set it up 7 days ago. However, it did not execute today. What is concerning is that it did not have a failed execution today, so it looks like the scheduling skipped the job run altogether. The screenshot shows that it acknowledges that the next function run will occur tomorrow.

TL;DR
Cloud function set to run daily at a specific time did not execute on the expected day, with no failed execution. The next scheduled run shows up as planned.
