TL;DR
With the GitHub Education plan, you can make an infinite number of projects using Appwrite. Each project gets resources equivalent to the Pro plan, making it like Pro on steroids. However, this plan cannot be used commercially. All these resources combined would cost about $25 per project, so with the GitHub Education plan, you get a lot of value.
