Can't activate appwrite education

Hi, I'm a student and I have activated my GitHub Education benefits but I already had an AppWrite account. I tried to log out and log back in from the education page but still the educations benefits aren't active. What can i do?

Also, are both of your email IDs same? i.e. the one with which you already had Appwrite account and the one with which you activated GithHub Students pack?

Yes i tried signing in from that link but it just brings me to my home in appwrite

I think you should use m.migliaccio4@campus.unimib.it for your Appwrite account too, as it seems to be your university ID, based on which you got GitHub Education pack. You will only be able to see the special GitHub Education Org in your console when both the education pack ID (i.e. your university ID) & Appwrite ID will be same.

I tried changing my appwrite email to the university one but when i try to create a new organization I can only create it with the Free tier

When you sign up with github with education perks enabled, it should automatically create a education org. Check the list of org if its there.

So the default github org is still not appearing?

In the organisations tab, there should be a new one for the student pack. Double check there

Thats probably why. It wont support 2 education at one account.

yes, since you already have access to an org on the education plan, appwrite won't create another one for you
