Can not Create, Update or Delete anything (table, column, field, value) in my project

In the appwrite console I can read tables just fine, but any action times out. If I create a new project that does seem to work and I can do everything just fine.

TL;DR
Developers experiencing issues creating, updating, or deleting anything in their project due to timeouts and 503 errors. Can read tables in the appwrite console but unable to perform any actions. Creating a new project works fine.

also i have same problem and i cant read table in server side
