Unable to send emails to users on Appwrite Cloud

I was trying to set up email verification the day in which there has been a degradation of realtime and messaging services. After I found out about the ongoing issue (for which in fact if I tried to send an email to a user from the messaging section it would have been stucked in "processing") I decided to wait a couple of days for it to be solved. Now according to the incident linked above it should be solved, but if I try to send an email to a user from the messaging tab it immediately says "failed" with the following log, and this both if I use a custom SMTP and if I use the default one.

TypeScript
No enabled provider found.

Any idea what does this mean? Am I missing a step to make it work?

TL;DR
The developer is unable to send emails to users on the Appwrite Cloud after a recent service incident. The error message received is "No enabled provider found." This issue persists even after the service incident was resolved. The developer has tried using both custom SMTP and the default options. This error typically means that there's a misconfiguration with the email service provider settings. Make sure that the correct email provider is enabled in the Appwrite console.
