Sites takes a bit longer with better resource according to my assumption.

From my ovservation it was loading quite slower even though it was already loaded. I went to the sites settings and changed to 0.5 core from 4 cores. Which made the site load quite fast.
TL;DR
The developer observed that their site was loading slowly despite being already loaded. By changing the core setting from 4 to 0.5, the site loaded much faster.
