google oauth issues on android

i've set up my appwrite using documentation guidelines.

google oauth works just fine on ios, but on android it won't redirect to the app after selecting an email to sign in with.

TL;DR

Developers having trouble with Google OAuth on Android using Appwrite; works fine on iOS but won't redirect to the app post sign-in on Android.
