But to summarise:
It seems that for some reason I can run a function on a deployment once and it executes fine, and then any other subsequent times until a new redeploy is triggered the executions fail.
TL;DR
Function execution fails after the first success, redeployments occasionally fix the issue. This behavior has been observed in a deployment - function runs fine once, then fails in subsequent executions until redeployment.as always redeploments sometimes fix it sometimes don't
