Can't Access Cloud via my Mobile using Zong Network from Pakistan

Last time I raised the same issue but didn't resolved this error. The ultimate solution that time was to use a VPN.

TL;DR

Developers in Pakistan using the Zong network are unable to access the cloud via mobile. The issue was previously resolved by using a VPN.
