PR Review and Issue Assign?
I am not familiar with how things work here.
I know that Issue have to be assigned before solving problem, It is for not wasting contributors time but I like to solve problems even if someone working on it just in case.
can some one help solving my concerns. @Steven can you clear my queries. I am sorry to just mentioning you here. I've seen you solving people's queries!
TL;DR
Issues should be assigned before working on them to avoid overlap, but you can still work on them if unassigned. Request issue assignment and PR review in the project's channels or directly ask the assigned person.- Can I work on issues without assigning first!
