500 internal error when trying to access projects in console

Hello team, I am having trouble trying to access my projects in Appwrite.

Each time I try to click in a project I want to open it doesn't load immediately and it takes like 15-20 seconds to just show me an error.

What could be causing this problem? Is there ongoing maintenance maybe?
