there are not display the all role when 1st role creating

TL;DR

Developers are facing a permissions problem on the cloud side. One developer is confused about how permissions are displayed and how to scroll through them. Another developer notes that there is a known issue where not all roles are displayed when creating the first role.

I just had to select any permission then all the permission would popup

yes i know that ones you select any then all you to choose from list
